What we collect (very little), why, and how to make us delete it.

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Who We Are

ClaudeKit (claudekit.dev) sells kits of AI agents, skills, and commands for Claude Code. This policy explains what we collect and why. Short version: as little as possible, and we don't sell it.

2. What We Collect

  • Purchase data: name, email, and order details — processed by Dodo Payments (merchant of record). We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Account data: email and authentication identifiers if you create an account (via Supabase).
  • GitHub username: if you provide it, used solely to deliver your kits through the ck CLI.
  • Support email: whatever you send us at hello@claudekit.dev.

3. What We Don't Do

  • No selling or renting personal data, ever
  • No third-party advertising trackers on this site
  • No scanning of your code or projects — kits run locally in your Claude Code

4. Processors We Use

  • Dodo Payments — checkout and billing
  • GitHub — kit repository hosting and access invitations
  • Supabase — account authentication and license records
  • Vercel (or equivalent) — site hosting and standard server logs

5. Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Server logs rotate automatically.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing hello@claudekit.dev. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); we honor equivalent requests from anyone, anywhere.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies required for sign-in sessions. No ad pixels, no cross-site tracking.

8. Changes

We'll post changes here with a new "Last Updated" date; material changes will be highlighted on the site.
