Support
How to get help with ClaudeKit — support channels, response expectations, the refund process, and the ck doctor output to attach to any request.
We want you unblocked quickly. Here is how to reach us and what to include.
Support channels
- Email: hello@theclaudekit.com — the primary channel for everything: install problems, license issues, billing, and refunds.
- Dashboard: account, license, download, and billing self-service lives in your dashboard — regenerate a key, manage your plan, or download your kits without waiting on us.
- Docs: most setup questions are answered in Installation and the CLI reference.
Response expectations
We aim to reply to email within one business day. Billing and access issues (a key that will not validate, a missing download, a charge you do not recognize) are triaged first. There is no phone or live-chat support.
What to attach
For any install, CLI, or "it is not working" issue, run ck doctor and paste the full output into your email. It is the single fastest way for us to diagnose the problem because it reports your environment and the most common failure modes at once:

All checks passed.ck doctor does not transmit anything beyond the license re-validation check — it just prints what we would otherwise have to ask you for. Redact your license key before sharing if you prefer; the last four characters are enough for us to look it up.
Refunds
ClaudeKit offers a 14-day refund policy on every plan. To request a refund, email hello@theclaudekit.com from the address on your account within 14 days of purchase — no forms, no friction. Because Dodo is the merchant of record, the refund is processed back to your original payment method through Dodo, and your license and kit access are revoked when the refund completes. Reporting a security or content concern
If you believe a kit produced output that violates the VideoKit content policy or you have a security concern, email hello@theclaudekit.com with the details and we will respond promptly.
